Return & Exchange Policy

At Racism Is Expensive™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We'll help facilitate the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
